The animated series FLORA & LARS (previous title THE HEDGE OF THE WORLD) was completed this summer with producers Asta Stuhr, Christian Potalivo and Petter Lindblad co-producing with Claus Toksvig Kjær and Esben Toft Jacobsen. Jacobsen is director and co-creator of the series with writers Rune Schjøtt-Wieth and Jannik Tai Mosholt. Tall and Small (DK), Snowcloud Films (SE) produce in co-production with Nørlum Entertainment (DK) and Vi Glæder os Preben (DK).

The series consists of 26 x 7 min animated fantasy comedy for children 5-8 and their families, which has been delivered to our main broadcaster and partner DR, and set for release on their main channel November 8 2024 as part of their FredagsTamTam. Through the Nordvision collaboration, the series will reach audiences in Sweden (SVT), Norway (NRK), Iceland (RUV) and Swedish speaking Finland (swe YLE).

Den Vestdanske Filmpulje, regional film fund in Jutland, is a big partner with us on the project, as well as  support from Nordisk Film & TV Fond. Sales agent is Newen Connect and they will bring the show to market starting with MIP in October2024.
